設計了一種基于ARM11的粉體動態定量稱重控制器.詳細介紹了該儀器的硬件組成和軟件設計.該儀器采用ARM11嵌入式控制器,以Linux為軟件平臺完成了A/D轉換,觸摸屏等驅動程序及應用程序的編寫,研究數據濾波和稱重誤差修正算法以提高稱重精度,實現油脂加工企業豆粕等粉體物料參數設置,在線動態定量稱重和遠程稱重過程監控管理等功能.該儀器具有體積小,精度高,功能可擴展等優點.%A powdery dynamic quantitative weighing controller based on ARM11 was designed.The paper introduced the hard-ware,software design in detail.The controller adopted ARM11 as the embedded controller and Linux as the software platform to re-alize A/D conversion,touch screen drive program and application program compiling.Then,data filtering and weighing error correc-tion algorithm was researched to improve weighing precision.Functions of Powdery materials such as bean pulps parameters setting, on-line dynamic quantitative weighing and remote process monitoring and management were realized.The controller has advantages of small volume,high precision and extensible function.
